Welcome to the Fayley Summer Festival!

Welcome one and all to Fayley for our first official Summer Festival! Here on Fayley, you can enjoy our rustic little town filled with vendors or enjoy the various equestrian shows that will be taking place! It is currently early-mid Summer, and the weather is an average of 90*f  {32.2*C} and sunny. You may see some clouds roll in in the evenings, but rain is rare this time of year! Please be watchful of your campfires, for the grasses are dry and prone to ignition.

Rules

- Do not have to have a regular HARPG stable

- Do not have to be a member of Elven-Warhorse 

- All breeds, Real and Deviant made, are welcome to enter!

- No pre-registration required!

- Headshots accepted {but worth less points than Full bodies}

- Riders do not have to be shown, but can earn more points. 

- A horse can only enter a class once. You may enter as many horses as you'd like. 

- A horse can enter as many classes as you'd like. 

- Judges MAY enter the show, but will not be able to place and will not be judged. {Allows judges to earn art points for their horses}

- Elven-Warhorse Admin {excluding judges} may enter and will be judged equally

Arenas

Indoor Arena - Large, rustic barn on the outside, surrounded by horse stalls. Inside, it is made of what looks like marble. It is very Elvish, almost roman looking. Large chandeliers provide the light over the main ring. The walls of the ring are white where stone, or a pale pine wood where fence or wall. Flowers of all colors, and bushes of green, are used as decorations, as well as Green, Silver and Black ribbons and bows. 

Outdoor Arenas - Three large outdoor arenas, all look similar/the same. White fences, with their posts being held up by stone pillars. Each stone pillar has a large gemstone on top. One arena {Used for Liberty and Halter shows} is filled with grass, while the others are fine soil.

Judging

Judges: Matsi-Doodles and KinkyUnicornSpit 


The Point System

RNG: 0 to 10 points will be random.

Effort: 0 to 10 points will be effort based.

Creativity: 0 to 10 points for overall creativity of the entry.

Story: 0-10 points for the story written.

Setting and Background: 0-5 points for setting and background matching Fayley's description.

Rider/Handler: 0-5 points for the visibility and involvement of the handler and/or rider. 


EXTRA POINTS THAT ARE POSSIBLE...

Vet Checks: Not required. Can earn an extra 5 points to score. Only one per whole show per horse. 

Extra Stories: 2 points each, max of two per horse.

Extra Images: 2 points each, max of three per horse. 

Total Points Possible -- 50 with 15 extra

THE CLASSES

Halter
- Regular halter, or bridles, a must! {English/Western allowed}
- All ages welcome!
- If enough entries, class will be divided by Male, Female and Foals.
- Retired Horses MAY participate!!
- Foals can participate with their mares
Held in outside Grass arena, in the morning!


Liberty
- No tack allowed! {excluding halters}
- Decorations welcome
- If enough entries, class will be divided by Male and Female
- Foals can participate with their mares
- Music not required, but recommended!
Held in outside Grass arena, Late morning early afternoon


Reining
- Appropriate tack a must!
- Only adult horses.
- Music not required, but recommended.
Held in outside, dirt, arena. Mid afternoon


Cutting

- Any tack allowed {Minimum Halter}
- Adult horses only
Held outside in dirt arena. Mid-late afternoon


Roping
- Must use one of the calves found here {sta.sh/2xot8wedyjv?edit=1}
- Appropriate tack a must!
- Adult Horses only
Held outside in dirt arena. Early evening


Show Jumping
- Appropriate Tack a must!
- You may create the jumps, just remember the colors and look of the arena.
- Adult Horses Only

Free Jumping
- No tack allowed {Excluding leg protection and bridles}
- You may create jumps
- All ages welcome
- Foals can participate with their mare
Indoor arena, Late morning-early afternoon


Dressage
- Appropriate tack a must!
- Music a must!
- Only adult horses
Indoor arena Mid-afternoon


Talent Show
- Costumes or Decoration not required, but recommended
- Music not required, but recommended
- Show off any talent, trick, skill or magic your horse has! {Or just show off your awesome outfits!}
- Any age welcome!
- Retired Horses may participate!
- Foals may participate with their Mare or other foals!
